Korean Food of the day - Jim Dak

Another chicken based dish, but they chicken is the universally friendly meat, except for vegans, vegetarians...well you get the point.

This dish is steamed chicken in a soy sauce based, well erm, sauce. Yes unfortunately the joy of Wikipedia has let me down this time and I can't pilfer basic facts off of there to pawn as my own.
